By accessing or using the Lineups platform and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Service
Lineups provides a cloud-based marketing platform for multifamily property management companies, including design tools, content planning, digital asset management, and social media publishing capabilities.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise system security
- Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
5. Intellectual Property
Content you create using the Services remains your property. Lineups retains all rights to the platform, templates, and technology. You grant Lineups a license to host and process your content as necessary to provide the Services.
6. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lineups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Services.
